6th Executive Committee: 1st Meeting

Meeting Overview

The inaugural 1st meeting of the 6th Executive Committee of the Bangladesh Film Institute Alumni Association (BFIAA) was held on Friday, January 7th, 2022, at the Bangladesh Film Institute premises.

The session was presided over by current President Shahina Hafiz Daisy. Renowned filmmaker and Director of BFI, Tanvir Mokammel, attended as the Chief Guest, providing inspiring guidance and strategic direction for the alumni network. Former President Dr. Mohammad Jahangir Hossain was present as the Special Guest.

A total of 16 members of the newly elected committee participated both in person and virtually, laying out initiatives for cultural events, alumni welfare, publication schedules, and film appreciation programs.
